ENTRA was able to achieve this ambitious goal – one of the very few companies in the world to have done so – by implementing a strategic merger of the two Brescia-based companies. An integrated system of technology and high level of efficiency has enabled the company to optimise their productive resources and technology to become more competitive and offer an increased
range of designs, products and functions. ENTRA designs and makes it’s own dies and uses hot-forging and die casting to form the metal. Grinding and polishing processes use fully automated robots finally a Durable Finishes are applied using electrostatic lacquering, galvanic and PVD treatment, and are continuously tested for durability in the in-house laboratory.
From planning to the marketing of their product lines, each stage of the manufacturing process is handled in-house and is carefully controlled for uniformity. |
